About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Panel Flow, the Panel Flow app, and this website. Your license to use the app is granted under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA") unless Apple and Panel Flow agree otherwise.
These terms explain how the app and the services around it may be used. If they conflict with the Apple EULA about your license to the app, the Apple EULA prevails.
What Panel Flow is
Panel Flow is a reader for comic and manga files and for content from sources you choose. It does not host, sell or distribute comics or manga.
Your content and your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you import and the content you read. Use Panel Flow only with content you have the right to access and use, and respect the copyright and the terms of the people and services that provide it.
Third-party services
Some features connect directly to services you choose, such as OPDS catalogs, Komga and Kavita servers, online catalogs such as the Internet Archive and MangaDex, AniList, MyAnimeList, iCloud and, if you add your own API key, OpenAI for voice.
Those services are not operated by Panel Flow. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, they may change or stop at any time, and any cost they charge (for example, OpenAI usage on your own key) is between you and them.
Assisted reading
Panel detection, text recognition, translation and speech are automated and can make mistakes. Do not rely on them where an error would matter.
Acceptable use
Do not use Panel Flow to infringe copyright or other rights, to break the terms of a service you connect to, or to interfere with how that service works. Do not try to extract the app's source code or bypass its protections, except where the law allows it.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data stays on your device and what is sent to the services you enable.
No warranty and limits of liability
Panel Flow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data, content or access to a third-party service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Continuing to use Panel Flow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
